Thanks to the resource-sharing setup between both venues, it's rare for guests to be turned away due to a full house, and hostess selection options remain among the best in District 1. Another distinctive feature of THE ONE is the flat hostess tip — 800,000 VND per table rather than per person, meaning the more people in your group, the lower the cost per head.

The base package covers up to 3 guests. Parties of 4 or more are required to order 1.5 or 2 packages. The hostess tip is charged as a flat rate of 800,000 VND per table — not per person.

"THE ONE's biggest hidden advantage is the flat hostess tip — 800,000 VND for the whole table, not per person. If you're a group of three, it's 800K total, not 800K each. Surprisingly, a lot of guests don't know this. On weekends, you'll want to arrive by 6 PM sharp to secure an early spot in the hostess selection queue. Even with a reservation, the order is first-come, first-served on arrival — so book via KakaoTalk ahead of time and leave early."
